As a communication platform built by the government for science and technology enterprises and investment institutions, the "Huangpu Science and Technology Innovation Investment Alliance" should give full play to the advantages of Huangpu's financial agglomeration and provide financial support for the development of science and technology enterprises at all stages. The government, banks and enterprises should jointly build the activity brand of the Huangpu Central Science and Technology Innovation Zone, continuously expand the influence and radiation of the Central Science and Technology Innovation Zone, and strive to inject new impetus into the deepening of Huangpu District's connection with the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center.
In September 2023, under the overall deployment of the Huangpu District Party Committee and the District Government, the District Investment Promotion Office and the District Science and Technology Commission as the guiding units, a total of 23 units from government departments, state-owned enterprises and financial and investment institutions in the district jointly established the "Huangpu Science and Technology Innovation Investment Alliance". The establishment of the alliance aims to transform Huangpu's traditional financial agglomeration advantages into resource advantages and development advantages for scientific and technological innovation and development, and then promote the high-level cycle of "technology-finance-industry" in Huangpu District, build a comprehensive industrial technology and financial service ecological docking system, and achieve a win-win situation for all parties.
