A few days ago, Tianjin Jincheng Hotel Management Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Ruizhong Financial Center (formerly Huaxia Financial Center) in the "Yuxiang" area of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone to officially lease the 51-54 floors of Ruizhong Financial Center to invest in the construction of Atour Hotel. With a leasing area of about 10,900 square meters, Atour Hotel Ruijin Center is currently the business hotel with the highest floor location in the "Yuxiang" area, which will further enhance the level of business facilities in the area and meet the diversified needs of different consumers such as business negotiations, meetings and leisure, tourism and vacation.
Atour Hotel Ruizhong Financial Center Branch will set up 133 exquisite and warm guest rooms, covering a variety of room types such as double rooms, twin rooms and suites, and equipped with multi-functional meeting rooms, specialty restaurants and other supporting service facilities. The renovation of the hotel is expected to start in the second half of this year and be officially put into use in 2025.
