In order to reduce urban air pollution, improve the urban environment, and maintain road traffic order, recently, the Jinyuan District Urban Management Bureau has taken multiple measures to carry out special rectification actions for open-air barbecue in the jurisdiction, and continue to fight the battle of blue sky. Up to now, more than 630 law enforcement officers have been dispatched, 177 tourist merchants have been persuaded to leave, more than 60 out-of-store operations have been regulated, and 28 barbecue stoves have been temporarily detained.
The law enforcement officers of the District Urban Management Bureau conducted a carpet investigation of the open-air barbecue stalls in the jurisdiction, and carried out a comprehensive rectification of the illegal behaviors such as open-air barbecue in the built-up area, placing barbecue stoves outside the fixed storefront barbecue operators, and occupying the road to place tables and chairs, which greatly curbed the spread trend of open-air barbecue and restored the road to its former spaciousness and cleanliness. At the same time of implementing normalized management, the district urban management bureau compacts work responsibilities in accordance with the work mode of "assigning people, posts, and responsibilities", implements uninterrupted inspections and seamless management of important road sections where barbecue restaurants are concentrated, and carries out centralized rectification actions from time to time, so as to find one place and ban another, maintain the dynamic "zero" situation of open-air barbecue, and promote a cleaner city appearance order and fresher air quality. At the same time, law enforcement personnel insist on paying equal attention to publicity, education and law enforcement management, visit catering units in the jurisdiction, carry out legal education and publicity activities, conduct civilized persuasion and persuasion education for shopkeepers outside stores, occupy roads, and mobile business stall owners, popularize the adverse effects caused by open-air barbecues and out-of-store operations to merchants and residents, and encourage residents to actively participate in co-management and co-governance.

In the next step, we will continue to maintain a high-pressure situation, arrange law enforcement team members to carry out surprise rectification, strengthen night inspection management, resolutely ban the illegal setting of night market barbecues, and comprehensively control the uncivilized behaviors such as road occupation, open exhaust of oil fumes, and noise disturbance of various night market stalls at night, so as to create a clean, orderly, stable and harmonious urban living environment for residents in the jurisdiction.
