Focusing on the three major functional sections of online "comprehensive information command" and offline "petition reception and conflict mediation", Shouning County Social Governance Service Center (Comprehensive Management Center) integrates existing office resources and sets up a mass reception service hall, a petition reception room, a conflict and dispute mediation room, a petition evaluation room, a judge e-union, an arbitration (expedited tribunal), a gold medal mediation studio, a chief legal consultation expert workstation, a Menglong conflict mediation volunteer home, a legal aid center, a consultation and judgment room, a psychological consultation room and a "Zhili Langxiang" A number of functional rooms such as a comprehensive command and dispatch platform have been set up, and 7 service windows have been set up, including petition reception, comprehensive management, labor arbitration, litigation services, people's mediation, legal aid, and quick compensation for traffic accidents, and staff are arranged to sit on duty, uniformly accept calls, letters and visits from the masses, and provide one-stop full-process services such as conflict mediation, petition reception, and legal aid for the masses, so as to solve the demands and problems reflected by the masses.
Integrate resources and create a "one center" for the diversified integration of institutions
Adhering to the concept of "one-stop dispute resolution and zero-distance service", we will integrate resources such as the Petition Reception Center, the Comprehensive Management Center, the Legal Aid Center, the Diversified Conflict and Dispute Resolution Center, and the Grid Service Management Center, so as to change "multiple centers" into "one center", and build a comprehensive social governance service center with "multiple centers in one and one center for multiple purposes" with high standards. Shouning County actively builds a mechanism for resolving conflicts and disputes in advance, and creates the "Shouning County Menglong Conflict Mediation Volunteer Home" in the Comprehensive Management Center, which accepts all kinds of contradictions and disputes, petition appeals and complaints and reports raised by the masses in real time, and provides the masses with voluntary public welfare services in terms of consultation, free scrivener, petition agency, and dispute mediation.
