In recent years, Shouning Women's Riding has actively explored new ideas for grassroots traffic safety governance, allowing "soft law enforcement" to release "rigid power" and find new solutions for traffic governance in mountain cities. "As early as the beginning of the establishment of the team, we were based on the mass resistance and social contradictions brought about by the phenomenon of 'substituting teaching with punishment and punishing it' in the past, changed the traditional blunt and cold law enforcement methods, and innovatively launched the 'color separation reminder' soft persuasion law enforcement. Through the issuance of 'yellow, orange, red' three-color reminder cards, the owners of one, two, and three illegal parking will be subject to warm reminders, education and persuasion, warning and punishment and other classified management.
