From April 26th to 28th, the 2nd China Hilly and Mountainous Agricultural Machinery Expo with the theme of "Digital Intelligence Agricultural Machinery Innovation Leading" was held in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang, which has "seven mountains, one water and two fields", has a typical hilly and mountainous landform, and the main food crop is rice. In recent years, Kubota has actively responded to the call for action of "strengthening agriculture with machinery and technology", and has cooperated with local distributors to provide high-quality products and reassuring services for users in Zhejiang, which has won the trust and praise of many users.
In this exhibition, Kubota's cooperative distributor Zhejiang Jifeng participated in the exhibition, and a variety of paddy field crop cultivation and harvesting products led by KA series rice transplanters were amazingly displayed at booth 02 in Hall A. Kubota's appearance not only shows the strength and style of the industry's mainstream brands, but also interprets Kubota's attention and confidence in the Zhejiang market.
In order to help farmers get in touch with and choose good agricultural machinery, Kubota exhibited two seated high-speed rice transplanters, KA6 and KA8. The Kubota KA series of seated high-speed rice transplanters provide users with more efficient, convenient and comfortable field transplanting operations with "stronger power, stronger body structure, and faster electronic control functions". In particular, the newly launched "U turn" function and the new electronically controlled multi-function cross handle design bring users a simple and convenient operation experience, even novices can easily adapt and work smoothly. The newly launched "guide rail type seedling frame + auxiliary railing" structure makes the seedlings on the field more labor-saving and makes it easier to add seedlings in the field. The introduction of new electronic control technology and new seedling frame reflects Kubota's thinking and efforts to innovate and intelligentize agricultural machinery.
In terms of power machinery, Kubota exhibited two iconic products: the M954-KQ tractor with a cab and the M704-K tractor designed specifically for paddy fields. For a long time, Kubota tractors have been loved by mid-to-high-end users with the performance characteristics of "reliable, flexible and comfortable". In the Zhejiang market, which prefers high-end and high-quality agricultural machinery, Kubota tractors are even more outstanding.
As a result, Kubota's M954-KQ tractor won the '2022 Industry Light Tractor of the Year' award. In the IV stage, Kubota's tractor product strength has been further improved, and the whole system is equipped with Kubota's mature four-stage emission diesel engine as standard, using electronically controlled high-pressure common rail and turbocharging technology, with more adequate air intake and higher thermal efficiency, using EGR+DPF+DOC exhaust treatment technology, exhaust is more thorough, no need to add urea for daily use, DPF regeneration can be completed during normal operation, and maintenance is simple and fast. At the same time, the new engine control technologies such as electronic throttle, engine power assist, and engine speed memory are adopted to ensure operation accuracy and improve operation effect. In addition, the 85 and 95 horsepower tractors have newly introduced the hydraulic shuttle reversing function, which allows the driver to complete the front and rear reversal without stepping on the main clutch while maintaining a reasonable speed and low engine speed, making the operation easier and more flexible.
In terms of harvesting machinery, Suzhou Kubota exhibited two tracked full-feed harvesters, the EX118MQ-S and EX108Q-S. Compared with the 2023 model, the EX118MQ-S crawler full feed harvester has the function of bilateral lifting of the chassis, and the structural parts of the whole vehicle are strengthened by changing the material and adjusting the welding method, and the efficiency of the engine cooling system is increased by 33-40% by optimizing the spring strength and increasing the speed of the cooling fan. In addition, the new one-key positioning function of the header effectively reduces the user's work intensity and provides consistent operation results. We believe that the newly upgraded EX118MQ-S can provide users with a better harvesting experience and help users obtain better profits.
On the first day of the exhibition, Suzhou Kubota and Agricultural Machinery TV conducted a wonderful live broadcast event. During the live broadcast, Kubota staff gave a detailed introduction to the agricultural machinery and equipment exhibited, and elaborated on the performance characteristics, usage methods and application scenarios of these machines. It is worth mentioning that Zhao Weiyue, Minister of Zhejiang Jifeng's service department, also participated in the live broadcast event, and he gave an in-depth interpretation of the performance upgrade of the EX118MQ-S full-feed harvester and the previous products, showing his exquisite skills and profound skills as a national agricultural machinery maintenance technology expert. As of press time, it has attracted more than 150,000 viewers.
