Lixia is the first solar term of summer, and it is also the seventh solar term in the 24 solar terms of the lunar calendar, which generally falls between May 5 and 7 of the Gregorian calendar every year, and this year falls on May 5, the last day of the May Day holiday. At this time, the handle of the Big Dipper points to the southeast, and the position of the Sun is just 45 degrees of ecliptic longitude.
