Today, on the occasion of the International Labor Day, "Calligraphy and Law" pays tribute to every worker!
On July 11, 2020, under the guidance of the Bureau of Law Popularization and Legal Governance of the Ministry of Justice, sponsored by the Rule of Law Daily and jointly organized by Law Daily Culture Media (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Beijing Qianyin Culture Media Co., Ltd., the "Book · The series of activities was officially launched. The purpose of the activity is to innovate the publicity and education of the rule of law, open up a little more brains, spend a little more thought, give a little more strength, and make a little more contribution, lead and promote more people to pick up the pen to learn and write the law, and improve their own legal literacy in the process of continuous "writing and law", and promote the spirit of the rule of law in the whole society. Since the launch of the activity, it has organized the writing of many laws and regulations, such as the Civil Code, the "One Law and One Regulation" on land management, the Legal Aid Law, the Constitution, the Administrative Punishment Law, the Work Safety Law, the Regulations on Letters and Visits, the Wildlife Protection Law, the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The law is the backing for workers to strive forward. On the occasion of the "May Day" International Labor Day, a day of advocating labor and praising laborers, the "Calligraphy and Law" series of activities invites calligraphers and calligraphy enthusiasts to point their pens at the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China" and jointly write a new glory for workers in the new era!
Article 52 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China Employers must establish and improve the labor safety and health system, strictly implement the national labor safety and health regulations and standards, educate workers on labor safety and health, prevent accidents in the labor process, and reduce occupational hazards.
Zhang Yubo is the deputy director of the Calligraphy Professional Committee of the All-China Federation of Public Security Literary and Art Circles, the chairman of the Xinjiang Public Security Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the chairman of the Calligraphy and Painting Association.
