The event was hosted by the People's Government of Shuangliu District, undertaken by the Shuangliu District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau and the Chengdu Shuangliu District Bureau of Commerce, and co-organized by the Shuangliu District Park Urban Greening Service Center, the Shuangliu District International Airport Industry Promotion Center, and the Airport Industry and Finance Investment and Development Co., Ltd.

It is understood that this event will create sports, performances, camping, markets, exhibition areas and other activities that tourists like to see through sports, music, food, beer, and exhibitions, and integrate Shuangliu local culture, representative enterprises and LOHAS consumption formats to create a strong traffic IP of Shuangliu Camping Carnival, focusing on building a regional exchange and display platform around the themes of "one competition", "one scene", "one product", "one meeting", "one district", "one tour" and "one exhibition".
The event was based on the "Vitality Shuangliu" fun theme competition, and carried out the experience of the World Games such as frisbee and softball, and combined with fun competitions such as nine-square grid football, fixed-point shooting, and dryland dragon boat to set up prizes, so that more residents could participate in it and show the spirit of the new era of Shuangliu.
