At 5:45 a.m. on March 14, Elephant News reporter and cat protection volunteer Han Jiali squatted all night, and finally a man wearing a headlamp riding a large electric motorcycle finally appeared.
In order to investigate the black industry chain of stealing and eating cats, Elephant News reporters went to Kunshan, Suzhou, in early March. After several days of searching the viaduct, pier and basement carpets, no trace of the cat dealer was found. Just when the reporter was about to give up parking on the broken road of the construction site near Hehe Road, the suspicious white van, exuding a stinging "cat smell", entered the reporter's field of vision.
Although there was no one in the car, the reporter saw from the cracks in the wooden planks installed on the glass that there was a cage in the car. At 11 p.m. on March 14, the truck suddenly appeared and stopped at 1 a.m. in a large truck rest area on Haixing Road in Lujia Town.
At 5:45 a.m., 6:07 a.m., and 6:19 a.m., the reporter saw at the scene that three men came to the truck in batches. They rode large electric cars, wore headlights, and strapped a large basket to the luggage rack of the electric car. After the three appeared, they lifted a dozen woven bags from the large frame and threw them on the ground. After the collision, the woven bag bulged out from time to time, and it was suspected that it was filled with living animals. As the reporter walked by, they could hear a clear cat meow. At 6:29, one of the men left in a white van, followed by reporters. On the other hand, the reporter quickly came to the place where the truck was parked and found a broken-legged sparrow in the nearby green belt. These three people are "cat thieves". Passers-by rarely pass by, and "cat dealers" can see the dynamics of their surroundings anytime and anywhere.

The cats were taken out of woven bags, placed in wooden cages, and carried into a red truck.
