Songshan Laboratory is the first provincial laboratory established by the Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to build a national innovation highland, which was jointly initiated and established by the Information Engineering University of the Strategic Support Force, Zhengzhou University, and the 27th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, with the goal of serving the development of the digital economy and the construction and governance of the digital society, and creating a high-level self-reliance and self-improvement scientific and technological innovation platform.
Xu Yanjie and his entourage first went to the exhibition hall of Songshan Laboratory to learn more about the establishment, structural composition, development status and business development prospects of Songshan Laboratory.

Xu Yanjie pointed out that through this inspection, he has deepened his understanding of Songshan Laboratory and further understood the strategy of "innovation-driven, science and education to rejuvenate the province, and talent to strengthen the province" proposed by the provincial party committee.
