Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory is one of the first four provincial laboratories in Guangdong Province, and the light element advanced materials and devices team is one of the first industrialization teams to settle in Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, mainly carrying out research on the preparation technology and equipment of two-dimensional membrane materials, high-purity copper, single crystal copper, and graphene copper matrix composites.
Zhongke Jingyi (Dongguan) Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongke Jingyi) is the first industrialization company incubated by the light element advanced materials and devices team, which is engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of high-end copper preparation technology and equipment.
"Nixuan Electronics in Qingxi, Dongguan, has been using Japan's Furukawa's copper-silver alloy wire, which has long supply cycles and high prices, which seriously affects production." Liu Kehai, a researcher in the light element materials team of Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, introduced that Zhongke Jingyi acquired Nixuan Electronics through technology and capital investment to supply it with high-purity copper, single crystal copper, copper-silver alloy and other raw materials to meet the needs of Nixuan Electronics in high-end copper.
Chen Dongmin, executive deputy director of the Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, said that the laboratory focuses on strengthening collaborative innovation, promoting the transformation of achievements, and exploring the transformation and application from "samples to products to commodities". At present, 25 innovative model factory teams have been introduced, and 35 industrialization companies have been directly incubated, with a sales contract value of 730 million yuan. Among them, 18 projects have financing of more than 920 million yuan and a market valuation of more than 5 billion yuan, and 13 national high-tech enterprises have been identified, and 4 small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong Province have been specialized, special and new.
