At the recently held 2024 Beijing Auto Show, the new Hongqi H9, the C+-class flagship sedan, was officially launched, with an official guide price of 329,800-539,800 yuan.

Among them, the front face of the luxury business version is dignified and stable, with a new shape of 12 chrome grilles, with a stable and neutral bumper design, interpreting a stable and dignified executive business temperament. The "Private Fashion Edition" is positioned as sporty and luxurious, with a new shape of 10 dark chrome grilles, plus the bright blackened strips on the exterior of the whole car, and a tense bumper design, interpreting the sporty atmosphere of being ready to go.
On the side, the new car also features a new wheel style. At the rear of the vehicle, the details of the taillights have been optimized, and there will be a variety of lighting styles. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5137mm/1904mm/1498mm, and the wheelbase is 3060mm, which is basically the same as the current model.
In terms of interior, it is the focus of the upgrade of the new Hongqi H9, the new Hongqi H9 breaks through the dullness and conservative of the traditional duplex screen, and the new three-dimensional duplex screen takes the Chinese painting scroll as the theme, and conveys an elegant posture through flowing lines.
At the same time, the air conditioning outlet has also been changed to an electric hidden air outlet, and passengers can drag the air outlet animation on the central control screen to adjust the air conditioning outlet direction. In addition, the new Hongqi H9 has carried out 7 perception optimizations in the instrument panel, main and co-pilot seats, doors, front windshield and other positions, highlighting the user's "protagonist" feeling and reducing unnecessary vision and space "encroachment".
The rear row has a four-seat design, with a large armrest in the center and a control screen in the rear. The 3.0T model is also equipped with a one-key rest mode in the right rear C position, as long as it is a key button, it can synchronously achieve all-round automatic adjustment, including a 125° inclination angle of the backrest, a seat depth extension of 50mm, and a wealth of functions of integrated heating, ventilation, massage, and 8-way adjustment, and at the same time, it can also realize music, atmosphere lighting, fragrance, and massage linkage. In addition, the luxury business version provides LC dimming glass and executive small table options, providing a more private and stable business space.
Power upgrade and driving control as you like
In terms of power, the new Hongqi H9 has three power options: 2.0T, 2.5T, and 3.0T. Among them, the 2.0T is mated to a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission with a maximum power of 185kW and a maximum torque of 380Nm, and the 2.5T is mated to a high-performance 8AT gearbox with a maximum output of 223kW and a maximum torque of 420Nm.
The 3.0T V6 engine is upgraded, using the intake and exhaust dual variable cam timing system (VCT) and the supercharger with high supercharger and fast response to high boost, and the whole system is upgraded with ZF (ZF) 8-speed automatic transmission, with a maximum power of 248kW, compared with the old 3.0T engine, the maximum power is increased by 40kW, and the maximum torque is released from 400N·m to 445N·m, an increase of 11.25%, which can continue to provide surging power regardless of urban highways. It accelerates from zero to 100 in 6.4 seconds and reduces WLTC fuel consumption to 8.52L/100km.
In actual driving, "Dachehui" can clearly feel that the 3.0T version of the power is smoother, especially it also has a flexible shift strategy, which can freely map the shift strategy between a variety of driving modes and a variety of working conditions, and obviously has a driving feeling of the car moving freely and the integration of people and vehicles when downshifting.
In particular, the intelligent four-wheel drive system is the only fully autonomous intelligent four-wheel drive system developed by Hongqi in China, with a transmission efficiency of more than 96% and an overall performance better than that of competing products. When driving, after the control knob enters the four-wheel drive mode, the vehicle can automatically identify the road conditions and the driving status of the whole vehicle, intelligently distribute the torque of the front and rear wheels, and improve the driving stability, handling and escape of the vehicle.
In addition, the new Hongqi H9 has also optimized the intelligent driving assistance, in addition to the full-scene automatic parking, advanced cruise function, the new car upgrades the automatic emergency braking system (AEB), visual camera + millimeter wave radar double accurate detection, can identify pedestrian crossing, pedestrian longitudinal, front car braking, 50% rear-end collision, front car slow, 50% positive collision and other scenarios, to achieve a maximum of 60km/h braking, can effectively improve driving safety, reduce the risk of collision.
