At the same time, it will promote the development and construction of Brilliant International Resort, revitalize the resources of three idle wineries such as Zhongkun Luoying, promote the overall operation of Xidazhuang Kecun through innovative village-enterprise cooperation model, and promote the formation of resource linkage with Yanqing Olympic Park.
