According to the content, in early February this year, the woman claimed that she had a stomachache after drinking coffee in the store, and the person in charge of the store sent a text message back saying that he was willing to cooperate with her to go to the hospital for examination and treatment. Subsequently, the person in charge of the store added the woman's WeChat to refund her order. The woman claimed that she had undergone a gastrointestinal examination, rash treatment, red and yellow light treatment, allergen treatment and blood tests, etc., and when the merchant explained that because the problem was not caused by the quality of the product, she could compensate for the drug fee and registration fee, she was very "generous" and expressed her understanding and accepted the compensation of 232.1 yuan.

According to netizens, the woman's social account has repeatedly posted content about Wuhan coffee store visits.

Mr. Liu, an insider, told reporters that he knew about the situation that the woman had called the merchant to apologize, but the store said that he did not accept it. "At present, there are seven businesses that are willing to participate in the report together, and I am ready to take the lead in organizing lawyers to jointly litigate, and everyone's demand is not compensation, but a public apology," said Mr. Liu.
