Recently, Qingpu issued three announcements on land acquisition matters, all of which were land acquisition announcements.
The towns involved in this land acquisition include Jinze Town and Huaxin Town.
The land acquisition is used for community-level public service facilities, social parking lots, childcare land, and public green space.

1. Qingxi Country Park Tourism Facility Improvement and Science Popularization Research Base (Phase II) Project

Aiguo Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District, 1211.30 square meters, including 0 square meters of agricultural land, 1211.30 square meters of construction land, and 0 square meters of unused land.
The twelfth villager group of Aiguo Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District is 191.80 square meters, including 141.60 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land and 50.20 square meters of unused land.
The thirteenth villager group of Aiguo Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District is 18,156.60 square meters, including 18,147.00 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land and 9.60 square meters of unused land.
Hezhu Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District, 1058.00 square meters, including 1058.00 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land, and 0 square meters of unused land.
Lianhu Village, Jinze Town, Qingpu District, 1015.80 square meters, including 1015.80 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.
Anzhuang Village, Zhujiajiao Town, Qingpu District, 26.70 square meters, including 26.70 square meters of agricultural land, 0 square meters of construction land and 0 square meters of unused land.
A total of 26,277.40 square meters of land was expropriated, including 20,412.30 square meters of agricultural land, 5,805.30 square meters of construction land and 59.80 square meters of unused land.
The land acquisition of Qingxi Country Park Tourism Point Facilities Enhancement and Science Popularization Research Base (Phase II) involves Jinze Town, Aiguo Village of the town, the twelfth villager group and the thirteenth villager group of Aiguo Village of the town, Hezhu Village of the town, Lianhu Village of the town, and Anzhuang Village of Zhujiajiao Town.

2. Plot 24-02 of the "Urban Village" Renovation Project of Fengxi Community, Shanghai

The land acquisition of plot 24-02 of the "urban village" reconstruction project of Fengxi Community, Shanghai involves the Shengjiazhai Group of Xinmuqiao Village, Huaxin Town, with a total of 6,877.70 square meters of land.
A new kindergarten will be built on the site.
