Recently, the survey and design of two resettlement housing sites for the "urban village" reconstruction project of Fengxi community were combined for bidding. The two plots are 22-06 and 25-01, both of which are located within the scope of the "urban village" transformation of Fengxi Community, Huaxin Town, Qingpu District.
The total land area of the two plots is 44,313 square meters (about 66 acres), the total building volume is 148,000 square meters, and the planned number of resettlement houses is about 928 units.
The total investment is about 1.774 billion yuan.

The total investment of the project: 1,076,216,600 yuan
The investment amount of this period: 1076.2166 million yuan
The highest bid limit for this round of bidding: the highest price limit is 15.9598 million yuan, of which the highest price limit for the survey fee is 3.8226 million yuan, and the highest price limit for the design fee is 12.1372 million yuan
Survey and design cycle: 115 calendar days, including 25 calendar days for survey and 90 calendar days for design.
According to the approved Fengxi community plan, plot 25-01 has a land area of 26,891 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.2, a building height of 50 meters, and a planned resettlement house of 563 units.
The survey and design period of the above two plots is 115 days.
The time to obtain the bidding documents is from April 26, 2024 to April 30, 2024
The deadline for submitting bid documents is 13:30 on May 17, 2024.
According to the approved Fengxi community planning, a total of 6 plots of land have been clearly marked as resettlement housing plots in the Fengxi community unit control regulations (see attached map for details), in addition to the 22-06 and 25-01 plots in this bidding, there are also 04-02, 04-05, 27-07, 29-02 plots, the total area of 6 plots is 150785 square meters (about 226.18 acres), and the lower limit of the number of planned resettlement housing units is 3156 units.
