Putuo District commemorates the 105th anniversary of the "May Fourth Movement" Youth Propaganda Theme Activity and the 2024 "Reliable Youth Lecturer Group" and the "Five Advances" Propaganda Action Launching Ceremony was held on April 29 at the Wanli Street Party and Mass Service Center.

Last year, the district set up a "1+1+N" youth propaganda network based on the "Reliable Youth Lecturer Group", and nearly 100 young lecturers carried out more than 350 special lectures relying on online and offline platforms, covering more than 2,000 young people, established 68 characteristic youth theoretical study groups (youth reading groups), and carried out 420 reading activities with the "six-step method of branch learning".

Eight outstanding young lecturers of the "Reliable Youth Lecturer Group" with outstanding preaching achievements were awarded the honor of "Reliable Preaching Star" on the spot. Three representatives of the outstanding "Reliable Youth Lecturer Group" gave a keynote speech on the study and implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on the inspection of Shanghai.
This year, under the guidance of the Organization Department of the District Party Committee and the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee, the Youth League District Committee and the Party School of the District Committee have enriched and expanded the talent pool of 100 "Reliable Young Lecturer Group", widely absorbed young talents from the Party School of the District Party Committee, district-level organs, street and town communities, regionalized league building units, two enterprises and three new fields, established a core propaganda team, and focused on cultivating 60 elite lecturers, further consolidating the "1+1+N" propaganda network, standardizing and procedural theoretical propaganda system, organizing and mobilizing and cultivating young lecturers to "enter the organs, communities, and Enter the campus, enter the enterprise, and enter the branch", and carry out the "à la carte" one-to-one course distribution.
