Recently, the Huairou District Seminar on Building a Basic Education Community in Six Regions was held, and this conference is the largest seminar since the six places carried out support and cooperation.
In July 2011, Huairou District of Beijing signed a contract with the Education and Sports Bureau of Siziwangqi of Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and started to support the cooperation work. Subsequently, Huairou District successively signed contracts with the Education and Sports Bureau of Lushi County, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, the Education Bureau of Zaduo County, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, the Education and Sports Bureau of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, and the Education Bureau of Pingshun County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province.
The seminar adopted a combination of online and offline, main forum and sub-forums, field visits and keynote reports, and carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on support and cooperation, core literacy, integration of five educations, digital education, science and technology education, etc., so as to better enhance understanding and reach more educational consensus.
The seminar lasted for 3 days, with a clear theme, rich content and diverse forms. In the three thematic sub-forums, education experts from Huairou District and five provinces and five regions interacted to explore the characteristics and highlights and find experiences and methods for the development of education in the region.

Liu Cuitao, director of the Siziwangqi Teaching and Research Office, said that since the launch of the counterpart assistance work of Jingmeng Education, a total of 25 outstanding teachers from Huairou District have come to Siziwangqi to teach, covering kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and various disciplines. At present, there are still 13 teachers in Huairou District who carry out teaching support work in each section of Siziwangqi, of which 5 outstanding teachers form a "Central Organization Department" support team to teach in Siziwangqi No. 1 Middle School.

Yongji Tashi, deputy director of the Zaduo County Education Bureau, said that according to the actual situation, the Huairou District Education Commission carried out special training on the balanced development of compulsory education in Zaduo County, and gave careful guidance on data filling and file sorting, helping Zaduo County successfully complete the acceptance of the "national inspection" for the balanced development of compulsory education in September 2020.
Lv Jianguo, director of the Teaching and Research Department of Lushi County Education and Sports Bureau, said in the sharing that Lushi County is the largest county in Henan Province, with the smallest population density and the highest average altitude. Lu Jianguo said.
In recent years, the Huairou District Education Committee has taken multiple measures to carry out cooperation and exchanges in combination with the actual situation of the cooperation area, and gradually formed a series of characteristic brand activities.
●Continue to strengthen organizational leadership. In 2023, a total of 37 schools and central units in Huairou District will complete docking exchanges with 51 schools in the recipient areas.
●The specially invited expert team carried out special lectures and organized training courses for backbone teachers in three provinces and three places, with a total of 80 trained teachers.
●Organize 40 teachers to go to the cooperative areas in batches and disciplines to deliver classes and lectures, and carry out a series of characteristic activities such as heterogeneous teaching and research in the same class to help teachers grow together.
●Insist on donating education, teaching and office supplies to five provinces and five places.
●It has successively organized primary and secondary school students from Siziwangqi, Lushi County, Pingshun County and other places to participate in the theme research activities, which has been successfully held for five sessions, with a total of more than 420 people.
In the next step, the two education committees of Huairou District will further summarize their work experience, learn from each other, help each other and interconnect with each other with the support and cooperation areas, maintain closer exchanges and cooperation, and jointly promote the high-quality development of basic education!
