On April 29, the launching ceremony of the "Action Plan for Empowering Aesthetic Education in Public Cultural Space in the New Era" was held in Hangzhou Library.
Ding Xiaofang, deputy director of Hangzhou Library, said in his speech that he would make full use of the four-level service system of "Central Library-General Branch" of Hangzhou Public Library, as well as more than 100 neighborhood reading spaces throughout Hangzhou, strengthen the coordination of families, schools and society, deliver aesthetic education services to residents' doorsteps, and promote the rapid development of social aesthetic education and national reading while realizing the equalization of public cultural services.
Liu Dong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Hangzhou Library, and Xu Zengliu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of China Academy of Art, jointly unveiled the "Aesthetic Education Workshop". On the eve of the May Fourth Youth Day, the Youth League Committee of the Academy of Fine Arts will better play the leading role of the Youth League organization, mobilize the youth of the Academy to participate in the volunteer service of aesthetic education, provide public welfare aesthetic education classes for public libraries at all levels, and show the spirit of young people serving the society and striving for progress.
