In order to further enhance the awareness of provincial, municipal, and district-level policies, optimize talent services, and ensure that policy dividends benefit the majority of enterprises and talents, the Talent Office of the District Party Committee actively mobilized the streets, the District Science and Technology Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the District Health Bureau, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and other departments to jointly carry out the "three door-to-door" service actions, and provide accurate and efficient service support for enterprises and talents in the district through multi-channel and multi-mode services such as "policy door-to-door talk", "door-to-door listening to opinions" and "door-to-door service".
Policies come to the door, interpret policies to help the development of enterprises
The Talent Office of the District Party Committee uniformly produces provincial, municipal, and district-level talent policy publicity PPT, organizes policy propaganda groups, enters schools, scientific research institutes, medical and health institutions, enterprises, and parks, and interprets in detail the provincial "Xingdian Talent Support Plan" and "Spring City Plan" declaration, and the talent policy of Xishan District. Face-to-face communication and answers about the applicable objects of the policy, the application process, support and awards, etc., to ensure that enterprises can accurately understand the content of the policy and grasp the opportunities for talent development and promotion. Since the launch of the action, 32 enterprises and institutions, including 10 agricultural enterprises, 7 industrial enterprises, 3 scientific research institutes, and 4 medical and health institutions, have carried out "three-door" services, including 51 high-level talents.
Listen to the opinions and listen to the voices of enterprises to respond to concerns
In order to have an in-depth understanding of the needs of enterprises, we carried out "door-to-door listening to opinions" activities in different fields, learned more about the production and operation of enterprises and the needs of talents through visits and investigations, seminars and exchanges, etc., concerned about the work and life of relevant talents, and focused on listening to the opinions and suggestions of talents on the high-quality development of Xishan District. At present, a total of 14 feedback opinions and difficulties have been received, in response to the questions and confusions raised by the enterprise, the members of the service group answered on the spot, providing timely and effective policy guidance for the enterprise, and will analyze and improve the solution with the relevant departments one by one, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of talent services.
Door-to-door service, simplifying the process and providing efficient service
In order to ensure the professionalism and efficiency of the service, each service area is equipped with one person in charge and a business liaison to form 18 professional and efficient policy service teams. During the action, the Talent Office of the District Party Committee guided one enterprise to formulate a plan for the identification of enterprise talents, and answered the questions of the enterprise in project declaration and platform construction on the spot. The District Health Bureau carried out on-site application guidance for 50 talents who applied for health professional and technical titles, optimized the service process, streamlined the application materials, compressed the processing time, and greatly improved the work efficiency. The District Science, Technology, Industry and Information Technology Bureau walked into Haikou Park to provide training and guidance on the introduction of innovation-driven development policies for industrial enterprises and the management of the whole process of enterprise R&D activities, so as to further stimulate the driving force of enterprise innovation and development and promote the deep integration of enterprise scientific and technological innovation and development.
In the next step, the Talent Office of the District Party Committee will continue to carry out the "three door-to-door" actions, expand the publicity coverage of the talent policy, do a good job in tracking services, ensure that enterprise problems are solved in a timely and effective manner, help the development of enterprise talents, reduce the burden of enterprises and talents, and improve the sense of acquisition and satisfaction of talents.
