On May 9, Wan Qianli and Wei Fengzhen, who live in Jiucheng Lakeside, specially sent a pennant to Han Xueying and Zhao Li, volunteers of the Warm Heart Pavilion. The two old men are nearly 90 years old, love to write, and have accumulated a book of notes over the years. They wanted to record the words on the paper into the computer for long-term storage, but the two were not familiar with the operation of digital products, and their children were not around. At first, Wan Qianli came to ask for help with the mentality of giving it a try, and after receiving enthusiastic help from volunteers, he would come here every Thursday afternoon to learn how to use his mobile phone. Knowing the wishes of the old man, Han Xueying and Zhao Li took the initiative to help the two old people organize a manuscript into an electronic version, "Our wish for many years has come true!" ”

Not long ago, the "Love Jiuli" theme market was "opened" again next to the Warm Heart Pavilion, with the theme of "convenient service", volunteers showed their strengths, some knitted clothes and home textiles, some repaired watches and electrical appliances, and some people gathered in a circle to teach the elderly to use smartphones.
Nowadays, every Friday afternoon is the normalized convenience service day of the Warm Heart Pavilion, including convenience services, agricultural product sales, policy consultation, etc., and volunteers set up stalls to provide special services for the surrounding residents. The residents have gained a lot, and the volunteers are also very pleased: "I am very happy to be able to serve everyone. ”
There is a kind of guarding, always concerned
"The lights outside the Warm Heart Pavilion have been turned off!" Every night at 8 o'clock after the Warm Heart Hall closes, volunteer Hou Ping will take special care of him in the duty group. The LED lights on the exterior wall of the Warm Heart Pavilion need to be turned off by pulling the electric switch, and there have been new volunteers who are unfamiliar with the situation and have not turned it off after the end of the service. Hou Ping would check again every day, and everyone affectionately called him "Hou Butler". Like Hou Ping, Bai Kunzhen, Zhu Weilan, and Han Pai are ...... Many volunteers regard the Pavilion as their "home" and are always concerned. Occasionally, volunteer service positions are vacant, and they are immediately "filled".
The Warm Heart Pavilion is a product of love supported by all parties. Shanghai Huji Construction Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise under the jurisdiction of Jiuliting Street, is the donor of the Warm Heart Pavilion, and Shanghai Unicom, Shanghai Telecom, Chinese Life and other enterprises have participated in the daily management and maintenance of facilities and equipment in the Warm Heart Pavilion, and Shanghai Lianjia has set up a green ribbon volunteer service point here.
