In order to unite and lead the majority of youth league members to continue to carry forward the spirit of "May Fourth" and go to the new journey of high-quality connotative development of the school, on the afternoon of April 28, Zhejiang University of Media and Communication held the "Poetry to the New Era, Be a Pioneer" Youth Poetry Meeting and the May Fourth Youth Day Theme Group Day Activity.
The poetry club is divided into three chapters: "Chasing the Wave of Youth", "Ode to the Pioneers" and "Spectrum: A New Chapter of the Times", through poetry recitation, original songs, performance singing, melodrama and other forms to cultivate virtue and moisten the heart with songs, and guide the majority of young students to aspire to become reliable successors worthy of the important task of building a strong country and national rejuvenation.
The poetry will open with the song "Dragon Yin", the passionate melody depicts the magnificent scene of the oriental dragon taking off, and the echo of national musical instruments inspires the unique charm of Chinese culture. "Treading the Waves, Zheli is Youth", "Poetry Youth", "Please Listen to Me", "Windwalking", ...... From the scene of young people working hard to build a new China a hundred years ago to the magnificence of young people in the new era who live up to their dreams, from interpreting the happy life of "poet immortal" Li Bai to admiring Mulan's heroic posture with a red tassel gun, from portraying the mental journey of young people in Zhejiang to calling on contemporary young people to continue the red blood and have the ambition of serving the country in the world. The gorgeous lights, exquisite costumes, and affectionate interpretation made the audience all intoxicated and applauded.
Zhao Junjie, from the School of Broadcasting and Hosting Arts, said excitedly after the performance: "Our program adopts the creative form of ancient and modern poetry, advocating that contemporary young people should have the world in mind and have the responsibility of aspiring to serve the country.
