The survey and design unit submits the "Quality Inspection Report"
The survey and design unit shall inspect the survey and design documents and the design change notice signed by the design unit during the construction process, and submit a written "quality inspection report", which shall be reviewed and signed by the person in charge of the project and the person in charge of the unit.
The construction (supervision) unit organizes the initial inspection
The construction unit organizes supervision, design, construction and other units to conduct preliminary inspection and acceptance of the project quality. All parties put forward rectification opinions on the existing problems, and the construction unit fills in the rectification report after the rectification is completed, and the supervision unit and the supervision team verify the rectification. After the initial inspection is qualified, the construction unit shall submit the "Project Completion Report" to the construction unit.
The construction unit shall form an acceptance group and determine the acceptance plan
After the construction unit receives the "project completion report", the relevant personnel of the organization design, construction, supervision and other units shall set up an acceptance group, and the members of the acceptance team shall have the corresponding qualifications, and the acceptance plan shall be prepared for the larger scale or more complex project.
The construction unit submits the engineering technical information
The construction unit will submit the complete engineering and technical data to the quality supervision department for inspection seven days in advance.
Completion acceptance
The construction unit presides over the completion acceptance meeting and organizes all parties to inspect the quality of the project. If there is a quality problem, put forward rectification suggestions.
The supervision department supervisors go to the site to supervise the organizational form, acceptance procedures, and implementation of acceptance standards for the completion and acceptance of the project.
The construction unit shall carry out rectification according to the acceptance opinions
The construction unit shall carry out rectification in accordance with the rectification opinions put forward by the acceptance parties and the "Notice of Rectification Order", and after the rectification is completed, write out the "Rectification Report", which shall be sent to the quality supervision station after being signed and sealed by the construction, supervision, design and construction units, and the supervisors shall participate in the review of the important rectification content.
The project is accepted
For unqualified projects, according to the "Unified Standards for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Construction Projects" and other acceptance specifications, after rectification, re-acceptance until qualified.
Acceptance filing
Within five days after passing the acceptance, the supervision agency will send the supervision report to the county housing and urban-rural development committee. The construction unit shall report to the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission for the record in accordance with the relevant regulations.

3. The construction unit shall, 7 working days before the completion and acceptance of the project, notify the engineering supervision agency responsible for supervising the project of the time, place and list of acceptance groups.
4. The construction unit organizes the completion and acceptance of the project.
(1) The construction, survey, design, construction and supervision units shall report on the performance of the project contract and the implementation of laws, regulations and mandatory standards for project construction in all aspects of project construction;
(2) Review the project archives provided by the construction, survey, design, construction and supervision units;
(3) Inspect the quality of the project entity;
(4) Make an overall evaluation of the construction of the project, the quality of equipment installation and the management of each link, form the project completion acceptance opinion, and sign the acceptance personnel.
When the construction, survey, design, construction, supervision and other parties involved in the completion and acceptance of the project cannot form a consensus, they should report to the local construction administrative department or supervision agency for coordination, and after reaching a consensus, reorganize the completion and acceptance of the project.

3. Record the completion and acceptance of the project
