In order to thoroughly implement the "Three-year Action Plan for Promoting the High-quality Development of Contracted Services for Primary Health Family Doctors in Kunming (2023-2025)" by the Office of the Kunming Municipal People's Government.
To further promote the implementation of the "new family sign" measure, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Social Affairs Bureau of the Economic Development Zone on Carrying out a Series of Family Doctor Signing Service Activities in April 2024", combined with the theme publicity of the 22nd "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law" publicity week, on the afternoon of April 25, the Luoyang Street Community Health Service Center went to Yunnan Tin Industry Tin Co., Ltd. to carry out the family doctor service "into the enterprise" activity with the theme of "Guarding Occupational Health and Sharing a Happy Life".
At the beginning of the activity, the Party Branch of Luoyang Street Community Health Service Center organized party members and family doctor service teams to carry out a health lecture on "Hazards and Prevention of Occupational Diseases" for the employees of Yunnan Tin Industry Tin Material Co., Ltd., publicized the family doctor contract service package and the national basic public health service project of Luoyang Street Community Health Service Center, and signed a family doctor contract for enterprise employees on the spot.
In addition, the medical staff also enthusiastically carried out blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, TCM constitution identification, cancer prevention and treatment, chronic disease self-management, healthy weight, rational medication and other consulting services for the workers. Family doctors patiently and meticulously guide them to self-health management, intimately guide them to develop healthy living habits, enhance self-care awareness and health protection ability, and achieve early treatment and early prevention of diseases.
Luoyang Street Community Health Service Center participated in the event of 12 party members and medical personnel, served more than 100 people, 15 new family doctors signed services on the spot, and distributed more than 300 health brochures. In the next step, the center will enter more enterprises to carry out family doctor contract services, and provide high-quality family doctor contract services for the majority of enterprise employees.
