In order to vigorously publicize the effectiveness of the construction of the beautiful rivers and lakes of the Guanlan River, promote the concept of ecological culture, and further demonstrate the charm of the Guanlan River, Longhua District has decided to launch a collection of beautiful Guanlan River photography works, and collect excellent works from the citizens of the city and all photography enthusiasts, the specific matters are as follows:
Theme of the event
Theme Unit 1: Beautiful photos of the Guanlan River
Use the lens to record the beautiful moments of the Guanlan River, and use art to show the harmonious picture of the clear water, beautiful scenery, and prosperity on both sides of the river.
Theme Unit 2: Comparison before and after the treatment of the Guanlan River
With the same perspective and a strong visual impact, the beautiful transformation of the Mission Hills River is recorded.

Who is involved
On a voluntary basis, it is open to all citizens of the city and all photography enthusiasts.
Selection Requirements:
(1) Photo quality
The submission is in color JPG format, with a file size of not less than 5M and a resolution of no less than 300dpi.
(2) Shooting screens
Theme 1: You can choose any point of the Guanlan River, and the shooting angle is not limited, it can be a local close-up view, or a large-angle long-range view including the river shoreline. The works can show beautiful pictures of the clear water, beautiful scenery, many birds, and recreational and leisure activities of the Guanlan River.
Theme 2: Before and after the treatment, choose the same place and the same perspective, try to be in the same season, and the contrast before and after the treatment is obvious and strong. The photos before the treatment can show the black and odorous water body, the hard hardening of the river bank and other serious pollution pictures, and the photos after the treatment can show the beautiful pictures of clear water, beautiful scenery and many birds from the same perspective.
(3) Other requirements
1. Pictures should ensure that they can truly reflect the excellent state of the water ecological environment, and shall not use pictures that are prone to controversy or pictures processed by image software (photos can only be moderately adjusted for brightness, contrast, and saturation, and shall not be synthesized, added, or greatly changed in color, etc.);
2. The author owns the copyright, copyright and portrait right of his submitted works, and the submission is deemed to have granted the Longhua Administration of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment the right to use his works.

Selection Method:
The selection was conducted in a combination of online and offline forms, with a total score of 100 points, of which 30 points were scored online and 70 points were scored offline.
Online selection (30 points): Entries will be voted on through the official account of "Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment".
Offline selection (70 points): The Longhua Administration of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment will score the submitted works.
