Glutinous rice, pork belly with skin, lean meat, green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, red yeast rice powder, tempeh water

Steps:

  1. After cleaning the pork belly, change the knife into thicker slices, and cut the lean meat into slices for later use.
  2. Put the glutinous rice into a wok, add star anise and stir it to bring out the fragrance, the glutinous rice becomes slightly yellow, take it out, and soak it in cold water for half an hour.
  3.
