In order to implement the work deployment of Shanghai Intellectual Property Publicity Week, promote the transformation and application of intellectual property rights, and empower high-quality development, during the 2024 Intellectual Property Publicity Week, the Intellectual Property Office of Putuo District organized a series of activities of "Five Advances" on intellectual property rights in a variety of forms to further enhance the awareness of intellectual property rights in the whole society and enhance the awareness of respecting and protecting intellectual property rights.
Each territorial law firm comprehensively uses legal consultation desks, comparative display of real and fake goods, publicity display boards, distribution of special publicity publications, etc., to publicize and popularize intellectual property laws and regulations and industrial incentive policies to the public, and focuses on common intellectual property infringement behaviors, combined with typical cases to explain the law. During the event, a total of 15 "five-in" publicity activities were organized, more than 1,000 copies of publicity materials were distributed, and more than 120 related consultation questions were answered.
Through the development of the "Five Advances" series of activities, the knowledge of intellectual property rights has been popularized to the masses, the awareness of respecting and protecting intellectual property rights has been enhanced, and a strong atmosphere of intellectual property protection has been created.
