On the morning of April 26, Putuo District held a plenary meeting of the 2024 "Double Random, One Open" Interdepartmental Supervision Joint Conference. Yu Yaguang, convener of the District Joint Conference, leaders of 27 member units of the Joint Conference, and heads of relevant departments and institutes of the District Market Supervision Bureau attended the meeting.
The meeting summarized the "double random, one open" cross-departmental supervision work in Putuo District since 2023, and deployed the next stage of work, specifically putting forward the following three work requirements.
First, we must improve our political position and continue to practice the concept of "promoting development". The "double random, one open" supervision work is an important part of improving the regulatory system and building a modern governance system, a powerful measure to reduce the burden on enterprises and continuously optimize the business environment, and a way to practice the new regulatory concept of "strong supervision and heavy service".
Second, it is necessary to strengthen departmental coordination and firmly build the idea of "a game of chess". It is necessary to coordinate and linkage, integrate resources, improve skills, and jointly promote the completion of the "double random, one open" work.
Third, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of supervision and serve the "high-quality" development of the economy. It is necessary to actively use new thinking and new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, and strive to build a supervision system that is compatible with high-level openness and high-quality development, so as to make greater contributions to the construction of a social governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing in Putuo District.
At the meeting, 12 "supervision stars" of the third "double random, one open" work in Putuo District were also commended. The District Commission of Commerce, the District Medical Insurance Bureau, and the District Fire and Rescue Detachment made exchange speeches.
