Second, the positioning of the agency is very clear
Senior Technician = Technician = Management Level 7 = Professional Level 8, that is, according to the main department and intermediate professional titles (the highest grade);
Senior engineer = management level 8> professional skill level 11, that is, according to the deputy department and assistant level above the intermediate level;
Intermediate engineer = management level 9 = professional skill level 12, that is, according to the clerk and assistant level 12 grades;
Junior workers and general workers = management level 10 = professional skills level 13, that is, according to the clerk and staff level.
Personally, I think it seems inappropriate to confuse senior technicians with technicians, and it is better to treat the basic performance award of senior technicians as the same as management level 6 and technical level 6.
