In 2018, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) and five other departments jointly issued the Code of Conduct for Citizens' Ecological Environment (Trial), known as the "Ten Citizens".
In 2023, the "Ten Citizens' Code of Conduct for Ecological Environment" will be revised and officially released, and the public will continue to be guided to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities for ecological and environmental protection.
In order to understand the public's understanding and implementation of the "Ten Citizens", the Environmental and Economic Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has been conducting annual follow-up surveys and evaluating citizens' ecological and environmental behaviors since 2019.
The 2024 survey is based on the newly revised "Ten Citizens' Measures", and on the basis of previous years' surveys, it will continue to track and investigate the status and change trend of the public's ecological and environmental behavior across the country.
The survey is anonymous and takes an average of 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation will be an important reference for the development of relevant policies.
