From the lush green habitat gardens to the poetic waterfront public spaces, from the exquisitely polished "gateway" scenery to the installation of elevators rising from the ground...... In Xinjing Town, a livable ecological picture is slowly unfolding.
After careful renovation, Xianxia (West) Road, the main road of Xinjing Town, has now become a beautiful picture, and 12 unique landscape nodes are connected into a vibrant ecological corridor, injecting new vitality into the street. The green landscape set at each intersection is like a "small oasis" of the city, allowing pedestrians to find a moment of tranquility among the bustling neighborhoods.
If the "Vitality Xianxi" beautiful block project is the starting point, then the Zhoujiabang waterfront public space is the epitome of Xinjing Town's grand wish to improve the water and green space and conserve the cultural charm of the south of the Yangtze River.
Walking along the brand-new Zhoujiabang waterfront trail, the simple and elegant porch, stone mill windmill and other agricultural tools, the cultural wall engraved with the development history of Xinjing Town, and those lifelike sculptures - the naughty child who digs the bird's nest and the piccolo boy who rides the buffalo all completely retain the unique charm of the Jiangnan water town.
The waterfront scenery of Zhoujiabang is like a flowing landscape, extending all the way to Xinjing Port. With the completion of the third phase of the riverside trail, the Zhoujiabang waterfront public space has finally been fully connected from Songhong Road to Xinjing Port. Along the way, the new green belt meanders and leads pedestrians to the easternmost Liu San Shui Yun Habitat Garden.
This year, Xinjing Town set out to build a town-level habitat network and actively explore a modern path for harmonious coexistence between man and nature. The two habitat gardens along the Zhoujiabang River, Liu Sanshuiyun Habitat Garden and Liu Sixinsen Habitat Garden, are cleverly connected to the river, forming a unique ecological landscape. These gardens are not only a showcase of natural beauty, but also a vivid practice of Xinjing Town's commitment to ecological harmony.
Walking into the Liu Si Xinsen Habitat Garden, the trees are full of vitality, and the popular science facilities are interspersed with it, interweaving a beautiful ecological scene; Through the organic combination of water system, vegetation and trails, the Liu Sanshui Yun Habitat Garden creates a secret environment of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
When you come to the residential area, you can see that newly installed elevators are rising from the front of the old buildings. In the past few months, Xinjing Town has achieved results in adopting the practice of "promoting the installation of elevators and the construction of high-quality communities in an integrated manner", with 13 additional elevators signed, 6 completed, and 23 delivered. Among them, Lane 105 of Jinbang Road, Zhongjing Residential Area, has achieved a "zero" increase in ladders, and Zizhu Community and Songhong Xinyuan continue to move towards a large scale.
With the help of the installation of elevators, 26 old communities such as the five villages of Luyuan are in full swing to upgrade, of which 18 are planned to be completed and 8 are newly started, with a total of 1 million square meters of boutique community construction, and the living environment of residents continues to be improved.
The new look of the residential area is not only reflected in the residential buildings, but also the public activity space is also undergoing upgrades. In the Beihong residential area, the activity room has been remodeled to be more functional, making it an ideal place for residents to socialize and relax.
