Domestically, heavy to heavy rain occurred in Guangxi, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian and other places yesterday, with localized heavy rain. It is expected that in the next three days, there will be heavy rainfall in central and southern Guangdong, northwest Taiwan Island and other places, with medium and high risk of heavy rain disasters. In addition, on the 22nd, there were sand and dust weather in central and western Inner Mongolia, northern Ningxia, northern Gansu, northern Shaanxi, Shanxi and other places, and the impact on human health and transportation was concerned.
Globally, in the past 24 hours, heavy rainfall has occurred in the United States and Brazil, and cooling has occurred in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Heavy rainfall is expected in Colombia and other places, and in East Asia and other places.

From 8 o'clock yesterday to 6 o'clock today, heavy to heavy rain occurred in some areas of western and southern Guangxi, central and southern Guangdong, central Jiangxi, central Zhejiang, and northwest Fujian, and local heavy rains (100~154 mm) in Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, Beihai, Yulin, Maoming, Jiangmen, etc., Guangxi; the maximum hourly rainfall in some of the above areas was 30~60 mm, 70~96 mm in southwestern Guangxi and the Pearl River Delta in Guangdong, and 8~10 in the southern coastal areas of Guangxi, central and southern coastal areas of Guangdong. Local level 11 thunderstorm gales.
2. Key weather forecasts
There is heavy precipitation and strong convection in the eastern part of the Yangtze River and southern China
In the next three days, there will be heavy to heavy rain in the eastern part of Jiangnan, the central and eastern parts of South China, and Taiwan Island, among which, there will be heavy rain in parts of central and southern Guangdong and northwest Taiwan Island, accompanied by strong convective weather. In addition, there was moderate to heavy rain in parts of northern North China and southern Northeast China.
It is expected that from 08:00 on April 22 to 08:00 on the 23rd, there will be heavy to heavy rain in parts of southeastern Fujian, central, eastern and southern Guangdong, eastern Guangxi and other places, among which, there will be heavy rain (100~160 mm) in some areas of southeastern Guangdong (see Figure 1); Some areas in southern Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong and other places will have short-term heavy precipitation, with a maximum hourly rainfall of 30-50 mm, and locally more than 70 mm (see Figure 2). The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning for heavy rain and a blue warning for severe convective weather at 06:00 on April 22.

In the past 24 hours, moderate to heavy snow or sleet and localized heavy snowfall occurred in parts of northern Northern Europe, northern Eastern Europe, northern Siberia, the Far East, eastern Canada, and the northeastern United States, and moderate to heavy rain and localized heavy rain occurred in parts of Western Europe, southern Northern Europe, southeastern Central Asia, northwestern South Asia, Indonesian archipelago, and parts of central and northern South America.
(2) Eastern Europe and Central Asia have cooled down
In the past 24 hours, under the influence of cold air, the temperature in eastern Eastern Europe, Western Siberia, western Central Asia, Mongolia and other places has cooled by 4~8 °C, and some areas have cooled by more than 10 °C.

(1) There is heavy rainfall in places such as Columbia
In the next three days, under the influence of the convective system of the intertropical convergence zone, Colombia, Venezuela and other places will receive a lot of rainfall, mainly moderate to heavy rain, local heavy rain to heavy rain, and may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms and other strong convective weather;
(2) Heavy rainfall in East Asia and other places
In the next three days, under the influence of the eastward movement of the trough, moderate to heavy rain will occur in southern China, the Korean Peninsula, Japan, Indonesia and other places, with localized heavy rain or heavy rain, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms and other strong convective weather.

From 08:00 on April 22 to 08:00 on the 23rd, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southern Beijing, Tianjin, northeast Hebei, southwestern Liaoning, central and northern Guangxi, most of Guangdong, eastern and southern Fujian, southeastern Tibet, and southern Sichuan Basin, among them, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100~160 mm) in parts of central and eastern Guangdong and southern Fujian. Some areas in the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, western Heilongjiang, central and eastern Liaoning, and Shandong Peninsula have winds of level 4~5 (see Figure 3).

From 08:00 on April 23 to 08:00 on the 24th, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of central and western Liaoning, northeast Hebei, most of Guangdong, eastern Guangxi, southeastern Fujian, most of Taiwan Island, and southeastern Tibet, among them, there were heavy rains (50~90 mm) in parts of southeastern Guangdong, northwest Taiwan Island, and southeastern Tibet. Some areas in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, southern Hebei, Shandong Peninsula and other places have winds of level 4~5 (see Figure 4).

From 08:00 on April 24 to 08:00 on the 25th, there were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southeastern Tibet, southern Chongqing, central and eastern Guiyang, central and western Hunan, southern Jiangxi, northern Guangxi, most of Guangdong, central and southern Fujian, and Taiwan Island, among them, there were heavy rains or heavy rains (100~180 mm) in parts of southeastern Tibet, southeastern coastal Guangdong, western Taiwan Island, and southeastern Tibet. Some areas in the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, and southern Tibet have winds of level 4~5 (see Figure 5).
