The Yangtze River Economic Belt covers 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River, and its population and economic aggregate account for half of the country. Promoting the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is a major regional development strategy of the country, and achieving this goal is inseparable from the support of multi-level and high-quality talents. Yang Gangji, director of the National Talent Mobility Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, said that promoting information sharing and cooperative development of public services, especially basic public services, is an important part of the coordinated development of human resources in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Along the Yangtze River Economic Belt, digital technology can be fully utilized to jointly release talent demand and job information, talent introduction policies, etc., to achieve regional interconnection and sharing. Taking the opportunity of holding youth talent exchange activities, we will guide the rational flow of talents, especially college graduates and other young talents, promote the deep integration of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain, and transform the scientific research and talent advantages of the Yangtze River Economic Belt into development advantages. On this basis, the human resources and social security departments along the Yangtze River can formulate differentiated policies for attracting and retaining talents based on their respective industrial characteristics and talent advantages, promote the "precise docking" and "dislocation sharing" of human resources between regions, and promote the efficient and reasonable flow of human resources in the region.
