Dongying Municipal Emergency Bureau: Organize and carry out a comprehensive administrative law enforcement team training examination
According to the requirements of the Provincial Emergency Department's "Notice on Carrying out the Provincial Emergency Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team Training Activities", the Municipal Emergency Bureau organized the second phase of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team training examination on May 15 based on the actual situation. A total of 30 administrative law enforcement personnel of the Municipal Emergency Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment participated in the law enforcement training examination. This examination adopts the method of "random selection, personnel concentration, and closed-book written examination", focusing on the organic integration of legal theory and law enforcement practice, and comprehensively testing the legal literacy of administrative law enforcement personnel and the level of law enforcement according to law. During the examination, the examination style and discipline were serious, and the administrative law enforcement personnel strictly abided by discipline, answered questions seriously, and were in good order.

Dongying District Emergency Bureau: Organize and hold a business training meeting on the "three systems" of administrative law enforcement
In order to thoroughly implement the national, provincial and municipal requirements for the "three systems" of administrative law enforcement, strengthen the standardization of administrative law enforcement, and improve the quality of law enforcement personnel, on the afternoon of May 15, the law enforcement brigade of the Dongying District Emergency Bureau organized a training meeting on the "three systems" of administrative law enforcement, and all law enforcement personnel of the law enforcement brigade attended the training. The meeting interpreted the importance of the "three systems" of administrative law enforcement to strictly regulate fair and civilized law enforcement, ensure and supervise the effective performance of duties by administrative organs, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people, and emphasized the basic, holistic and breakthrough role of the "three systems" in promoting strict, standardized, fair and civilized law enforcement.

Hekou District Emergency Bureau: Carry out special law enforcement inspections for the warehousing of industrial and trade and chemical and hazardous chemical enterprises
In order to deeply learn the lessons of the accident, punish the former and the future, combined with the recent increase in temperature and the increase in the risk of fire accidents, the Hekou District Emergency Bureau adheres to the policy of safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management, and organizes and carries out special law enforcement inspections for enterprise warehousing throughout the district. This inspection focuses on the inspection of the storage facilities of general chemical production enterprises and hazardous chemical enterprises, as well as the warehouse facilities of industrial and trade enterprises such as rubber tires, textiles, and wood processing. The inspection content involves safety facilities, safety warning signs, storage safety management system and safety production responsibility system. Up to now, 10 enterprises have been inspected, and a total of 92 hidden dangers have been found.

Emergency Department of the Development Zone: Carry out mutual assistance evaluation activities for administrative law enforcement files on production safety
In order to further deepen the special rectification of outstanding problems in the field of law enforcement, improve the standardization level of administrative law enforcement of emergency management in the jurisdiction, and strictly control the "quality" of administrative law enforcement files, the Law Enforcement Brigade of the Emergency Management Department of Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone has recently carried out mutual assistance evaluation activities for administrative law enforcement files of production safety. The mutual aid evaluation adheres to the principle of seeking truth from facts, objectivity and fairness, with the goal of "helping each other to find gaps, rectifying and exchanging to promote improvement", and the front-line law enforcement personnel of the district law enforcement brigade adopt the method of "grinding and grinding mutual inspection + cross-evaluation". A total of 4 administrative law enforcement case files completed since 2024 were selected for a comprehensive review, and 14 issues of various types were found in terms of factual evidence, discretionary standards, law enforcement procedures, document production, and file filing.
