China Tea Hunan Anhua No. 1 Tea Factory Co., Ltd., a member of COFCO, one of the world's top 500 companies, is a modern comprehensive tea enterprise integrating tea production, research and development, sales, tourism development and management, tea culture promotion and dissemination, and running through the upstream and downstream of the tea industry. With a history of 100 years, the tea factory is a large-scale state-owned black tea and black tea processing enterprise in Hunan Province in the early days after the founding of New China, and is the pioneer of Hunan tea machinery production and the cradle of Hunan tea masters. The factory not only completely preserves the century-old ecological wooden tea warehouse (100-year-old wooden warehouse) with large scale and continuous use in the country, but also has a large-scale and high-modernization dark tea production workshop in the black tea industry, which is a national industrial heritage protection unit, an important heritage of the Hunan section of the Wanli Tea Road, and a Hunan provincial cultural relics protection unit.

In the first tea factory in Anhua, media people on both sides of the strait learned about the production process of one warehouse and two Tibetan black tea, watched how to screen out tea leaves of different lengths, thicknesses and weights in the Qing Dynasty tea workshop, and visited the century-old ecological wooden tea warehouse (century-old wooden warehouse). Several Taiwanese youth self-media people learned from tea makers and experienced the tea sieving process.
"Every penny, every needle, every leaf, I think it's a skill, it's a very profound technique, it looks very simple, but it's not easy to do, this experience is very meaningful. Liu Qile, a Taiwanese youth self-media person and travel blogger, said in an interview.
Wu Guanying, a Taiwanese youth self-media person and Taiwan's senior tea artist, said after experiencing the sieving tea that she had tried sieving spherical tea before, and felt that the spherical tea was more obedient and not easy to stuck, "This time I can only sift the tea slightly, but I can't turn it up." She said, "Those who can drink tea may not know how to make tea, and those who know how to make tea may not necessarily pick tea, so we still have to take what we need, and everyone should work hard in their own profession." She thinks that making tea means that each tea has to go through a lot of processes, and then it takes a lot of effort to have a delicious tea.

Beat tea, watch tea art, sing mountain songs, pick spring tea...... In Junze Garden, the tea garden of Baishaxi Tea Factory, the interview group participated in the launching ceremony of the 2024 Baisha Valley Rain Tea Picking Festival, watched tea performances, tasted tea and local specialties, and participated in the tea picking competition. In the melodious tea-picking songs, media people on both sides of the strait worked together and the atmosphere was warm, and finally won the first place in the competition.

In the intangible cultural heritage skills hall of Baishaxi Tea Factory in Hunan Province, media people on both sides of the strait learned and experienced the hand-built brick pressing process, made brick tea by themselves, and photographed and learned the hand-roasted tea process.

It is reported that Hunan Baishaxi Tea Factory Co., Ltd. was founded in 1939, formerly known as Hunan Baishaxi Tea Factory (state-owned), in 2007 restructuring and reorganization of joint-stock company, is a collection of tea production (processing), scientific research, sales, tea culture communication, tourism as one of the provincial leading enterprises, for 14 consecutive years on the list of the national tea industry top 100 enterprises. The company has seven series of black brick tea, flower brick tea, Fu brick tea, Xiangjian tea, flower roll tea (Qianliang tea), as well as red, green, white tea, black tea wine and other hundreds of varieties, Qianliang tea, Fu brick tea production skills are included in the national intangible cultural heritage. In 2023, 3,500 tons of tea will be produced and processed, 2,609 tons will be sold, and the annual output value will be 300 million yuan. The company vigorously supports and participates in industrial poverty alleviation work, and drives farmers in surrounding towns and villages to plant 20,000 mu of tea through the model of "company (leading enterprise) + association (base) + farmer", and has invested a total of 14.4 million yuan in assistance funds since 2018.
