On April 19, BYD officially released the official interior picture of its Qin L model, and the new car will make its debut at the Beijing Auto Show, which is the first blockbuster sedan of BYD Dynasty Network this year.
Officially, the interior of Qin L adopts the "landscape painting cockpit" design that integrates modern technology and new national tide aesthetics, and the center console adopts an integrated design, adding a high-gloss piano paint trim plate to decorate, which has a strong sense of grade. The full LCD instrument panel is embedded in the center console, with a strong sense of visual integration, and the center control screen still adopts a suspended design, which belongs to the family shape.
The shape of the console area is similar to that of Song L, the gear knob adopts a new BYD Heart crystal ball head design, the cut design is very recognizable, the front is a relatively large storage slot, the left side supports the wireless charging function of mobile phones, and the rear is two cup holders that are deeper, and physical buttons are also added around it, which can operate driving mode, air conditioning, volume, etc.
In terms of interior materials, soft materials are basically used, and areas such as the center console, console and door panels are basically covered with soft materials, and the sense of grade is relatively in place.
The overall colour scheme is beige and blue, the seats are upholstered in leather, the seat cushions and backrest area are perforated, the rear floor is flat, and there is a large panoramic sunroof.
In terms of appearance, combined with the previously announced official pictures, the front face of the new car is similar to the Song Pro DM-i, the large mouth grille is decorated with a dot matrix structure, which has a strong visual impact, and the grille is also equipped with a vertical layout of the deflector groove on both sides, which can improve the aerodynamic performance.
The headlight cluster is blackened, with lenses and narrow daytime running lights integrated inside, and the style is sharper, connected by a black trim plate with the word "Qin", which effectively stretches the horizontal visual width of the front face. The bottom is equipped with flat air intakes, which accentuate the layered look of the front end.
In terms of side styling, the roof adopts a slip-back shape, and the sense of lines appears relatively rounded, and you can see a little bit of Han DM-i feeling; the waistline adopts a through-type design, which embellishes the layering of the side of the body; the wheel eyebrows and side skirts are designed with bulging rib lines, which brings a certain sense of muscle; the wheels adopt a multi-spoke shape, and the style appears more atmospheric.
At the rear, the roof is equipped with a small spoiler, the blackened taillight cluster adopts a through-type design, and the interior is integrated with a Chinese knot-shaped LED light source, which is very recognizable when lit, and the lower bumper is equipped with a three-dimensional black trim plate, and creates a diffuser shape, which effectively adds to the sporty atmosphere.
In terms of size, the length, width and height of the Qin L are 4830/1900/1495mm, and the wheelbase is 2790mm, and the positioning should still be a compact sedan.
In terms of power, it is rumored that the new car will debut the BYD DM5.0 system, which is still composed of a 1.5L self-priming engine and an electric motor, with a maximum engine power of 74kW and a maximum power of 120kW and 160kW in two versions, matched with lithium iron phosphate batteries with a capacity of 10.08kWh and 15.874kWh respectively, and a pure electric range of 60km and 90km respectively.
