1. Fire safety management inspection of the unit

3. Fire separation inspection

8. Inspection of fire pump room and water supply pipeline water storage facilities

1. The switch on the power distribution cabinet to control the fire hydrant pump, sprinkler pump and pressure stabilizing (boosting) pump is set in the automatic (on) position;

2. The valves of the inlet and outlet pipes of the fire hydrant pump and the sprinkler pump, the valves on the outlet pipe of the high-level fire water tank, and the valves on the pipelines of the automatic sprinkler system and the fire hydrant system are kept normally open;

3. The water volume of high-level fire water storage facilities such as fire water tanks, fire water pools, and pneumatic water tanks reaches the specified water level;

9. Inspection of smoke prevention and exhaust system

1. Check the pressurized air supply system. The pressurized air supply system is automatically and manually started, the relevant air supply outlet is opened, the blower is started, the air supply is normal, and the feedback signal is correct.

2. Check the smoke exhaust system. The smoke exhaust system is automatically and manually started, the relevant smoke exhaust port is opened, the smoke exhaust fan is started, the exhaust is normal, and the feedback signal is correct.

10. Fire extinguisher inspection

1. The fire extinguisher configuration type is correct, and the place where there is solid combustible materials is equipped with a fire extinguisher that can extinguish Class A fire;

2. The pressure of the pressure storage fire extinguisher meets the requirements, and the pressure gauge pointer is in the green zone;

11. Interior decoration inspection

1. The evacuation stairwell and its front room and the foyer of the safety exit are decorated with non-combustible materials for its ceiling, walls and floors;

13. Other examinations

1. The fire main, standby power supply and automatic switching are normal. Switch the main and standby power supplies, check their power supply functions, and the equipment is running normally;

2. The setting and use of electrical equipment, gas appliances, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, etc., as well as the materials and laying of electrical lines and gas pipelines meet the requirements;

3. Indoor combustible gas and combustible liquid pipelines are made of metal pipes, and emergency shut-off valves are provided;

4. The fire spacing meets the requirements;

5. The fire lane meets the requirements.
