Common sense of fire protection installation engineering:

1. The system wiring is not very reasonable, such as the line color is not uniform, the line is not firm, the school line is not recorded, the terminal row is not standard, the wiring is wrong, and the protection of the pipe in the concealed project is not in place;  

2. The insulation resistance of some projects cannot reach 20MΩ, and some are only 0.5MΩ, which affects the reliability of system operation. The working grounding and protective grounding are not done well, and there is no grounding resistance inspection record. The power connection of the alarm controller is plug connection. The wires in the alarm control cabinet are not numbered, not tied, etc.  

3. The installation of the fire detector is not firm enough, too close to the position of the tuyere and beam, and the detector confirms that the direction of the lamp is incorrect. The installation height of the manual alarm button does not meet the requirements of the specification. The installation position of the redisplay panel (floor display) is too high.  

Fire hydrant system:  

1. The float valve of the fire pool is not installed.  

2. The valve on the suction pipe of the fire pump adopts butterfly valve, and the suction pipe adopts concentric reducing. There is no pressure gauge, discharge valve or pressure relief valve on the outlet pipe.  

3. The check valve on the outlet pipe of the fire water tank is installed on the riser, and there is no water level indicator for the fire water tank  

4. The water pump adapter is far away from the water intake of the outdoor fire hydrant or fire pool, not located next to the channel, installed under the glass curtain wall, the installation height is not 0, the system is not indicated, the direction of the check valve is incorrect, and the maintenance valve is not in the normally open state.  

5. The pipe diameter DN≤100 of the pipeline is welded, the pipeline anti-swaying bracket is less, the outdoor pipeline is not insulated, the casing is not added when the pipeline passes through the wall or floor, and the pressure test, flushing and tightness test of the pipeline are not strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements of the specification.

Sprinkler system:  

1. The height of the alarm valve from the ground is not 1.2m. Install an indoor fire hydrant on the pipeline behind the alarm valve.  

2. The pressure switch can be poor.  

3. The pipeline is not equipped with a telescope.  

4. The hydraulic alarm bell is not set up in the public passage, and there are people in the room or in the duty room.  

5. The pressure test, flushing and tightness test of the pipeline are not strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specification.  

6. There is no maintenance port at the end of the water discharge, and the end test device is equivalent to the drainage pipe, and the pipe diameter of the end test device is less than 25mm, and the pressure gauge is not set.  

7. The distance between the sprinkler head and the ceiling is greater than 30cm, and the heat collector cover is not set on the sprinkler installed upright in the high-rise basement.  Foam extinguishing system:  

1. The arrangement of the foam nozzle is unreasonable, so that some parts of the equipment cannot be protected by the foam nozzle.  

2. There is no metal hose at the riser and horizontal pipe.  

3. The pipeline is not painted correctly, the mixed liquid pipeline should be marked with red or red ring, and the water pump and water supply pipeline should be painted green. 

Gas fire extinguishing system:  

1. There is air leakage in the manifold, and the anti-sway bracket is missing, and the one-way valve on the infusion pipe is reversed.  

2. There is no protective casing at the load-bearing wall.  

3. The fire extinguishing execution panel of the independent system is installed in the unmanned bottle storage room, and the sound and light alarm, gas release lamp, and emergency start button are not installed at the door of the protection area.  

4. The pressure test, flushing and tightness test of the pipeline are not strictly carried out in accordance with the requirements of the specification. 

Fire Separation Facilities:  

1. There are a large number of gaps above the fire shutter, there are no measures to prevent the spread of fire, and there are no fire insulation protection measures for the reel and motor.  

2. There is no sealing groove on the door frame of the fire door, and there is no sealing strip made of non-combustible materials.  

3. The fire door and fire lock are opened in the wrong direction and are not opened in the direction of the evacuation port.  

4. The installation of small hardware on the fire door is not complete, and the fireproof glass is not embedded, and the fire resistance grade is not the same as that of the steel fire door.  

5. Pipeline wells and cable wells are not separated by fire, or the separation is not tight.  

6. The fire resistance level of the fireproof separation material is less than 0.5h.  

7. The embedding depth of the fire shutter door curtain panel in the guide rail is not enough.  

8. The spacing of embedded steel parts of the fire shutter door guide rail is greater than 60mm.  

9. The gap between the seat plate and the ground of the fire shutter is greater than 20mm.

Smoke prevention and exhaust system:  

1. The connection between the metal shaft and the air supply valve (smoke exhaust valve) is not firm and sealed, resulting in a large leakage.  

2. There are loopholes in the brick shaft, and the inner surface is not smoothed with mortar.  

3. Between the positive pressure air supply shaft and the smoke exhaust shaft, the air supply shaft and the elevator shaft are separated by a brick wall and not sealed. The bottom of the shaft is unsealed.  

4. A 280°C smoke exhaust valve is installed at the place where the fire damper is used at 70 °C, and a fire damper with a 70 °C action is installed at the smoke exhaust fire damper with 280 °C action.  

5. There are debris in the shaft that will block the shaft, so that the system cannot work normally.  

6. The connection between the blower and the shaft is not equipped with a deflector.  

7. The smoke exhaust fire damper is not set at the suction inlet of the smoke exhaust fan.  

8. The fire damper and smoke exhaust fire damper are not provided with independent brackets.  

9. During installation, a smoke exhaust fan is installed in the place where the smoke exhaust fan is installed, and a smoke exhaust fan is installed in the place where the smoke exhaust fan is installed.
