200 g of water hair rice
120 g quail meat
70 g tea tree mushrooms
5 grams of angelica and goji berries each
A little ginger slice and green onion each
4 g salt
3 grams of chicken powder and pepper each
6 ml cooking wine

/Method/
1 Cut the washed tea tree mushrooms into segments.
2 Immerse in clean water and set aside.
3 Cut the washed quail meat into small pieces.
4 Place the quail meat in a bowl.
5 Add a pinch of salt, chicken powder and cooking wine.
6 Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
7 Bring to a boil in a casserole dish of about 800 ml of water.
8 Pour in the washed rice and mix well.
9 Add washed goji berries and angelica and stir well.
10 Pour a little cooking oil and stir well.
11 Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and cook for about 30 minutes until the rice is tender.
12 Uncover the lid, sprinkle with slices of ginger and pour in the chopped tea tree mushrooms.
13 Add the marinated quail meat and mix well.
14 Cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through.
15 Remove lid, stir and add salt and chicken powder.
16 Sprinkle with pepper and mix well to taste.
17 Turn off the heat and add the cooked porridge.
18 Place in a bowl and sprinkle with green onions.
