Although the process of turning waste into treasure is extremely difficult and complex, the mainland is also a populous country, and many residents in the area on the edge of the port make a living.
Especially in Guangdong, many areas once became the "industrial towns" of garbage refining at that time, and they were also the name of "the first town of electronic waste" in the mouths of netizens, just because they regarded garbage disposal as a pillar industry for their livelihood.
Almost all families in their area have devoted themselves to refining metal waste, not only successfully extracting a large amount of metal raw materials from it with their own skills, but even successfully becoming millionaires and billionaires.
In addition, because of the large population of the mainland, it is also very cheap in terms of labor, coupled with the needs of industry and economic development, so it is helpless to continue to receive some foreign garbage.

However, with the development of these revival industries, these garbage have also had a great impact on human health and environmental pollution on the mainland, and even caused many fatal blows.
It is forbidden to cross the ocean
In the early days, in order to ensure economic development, the mainland became a "garbage recycling station" in Western countries, although its behavior also brought a lot of benefits to the mainland, not only successfully earning a certain amount of money, but also successfully accumulating a large number of metal materials by virtue of its own disposal methods.

Just because they do not have enough conditions and capabilities to take good protective measures when dealing with metal waste such as electronics earlier, so that when the human body is exposed to these waste metals for a long time, it is also exposed to the heavy metal harmful substances rich in it.
After all, if these waste pollutants enter the human body, they will affect people's immune system and nervous system, thereby injuring some internal organs, and even affecting cancer, thus endangering people's lives due to cancer.
In addition, although these metal wastes can be extracted from a certain value, the exhaust gas and waste residue carried by it itself should affect the environment in nature, especially air pollution and soil pollution, which are extremely lossy.
Not only that, but even the water source corresponding to the port will be affected to a certain extent, so that the people who rely on the sea to eat the sea will also be invisibly affected, which will also lead to the life and growth of residents and newborns in the area.
In the face of such a thing, although it only takes a certain amount of time to repair the environment, once human health is threatened, it will be difficult to remedy, so timely stop loss is the most important thing at the moment.
Foreign garbage is produced and sold by itself
As a result, in 2017, the state directly promulgated relevant regulations and French regulations on stopping the import of garbage, directly prohibiting all regions of the country from importing Western garbage, and even improved the management system related to foreign garbage in the next few years.
And from 2021, a complete ban on the import of solid waste, to achieve a real foreign garbage removal plan, although such a measure has a certain limit on the demand for metals in the mainland's industrial development, but it does not mean that the mainland has no other aspects of development.
After all, in such a situation, the mainland not only changed its development strategy, but also promoted all the plans in terms of garbage disposal, so that the mainland has a more perfect system in terms of garbage disposal, and even the soil and air environment have changed to a certain extent.
After banning foreign garbage, the state focused on how to innovate some high-capacity environmentally friendly products, and even developed research and development related to artificial intelligence and big data such as the Internet, and even to detect the pollution of related organisms.
It has also directly developed extremely efficient microbial technology, nanotechnology and other chemical-related means, so that these garbage materials can be degraded or recycled from the root.
At the same time, the mainland has gradually become more advanced and innovative in its means of dealing with foreign garbage, so that after the country as a whole has improved, it can redefine or look at its own green mountains and clear waters, gold and silver mountains, so as to protect its own country's native environment.
However, at a time when the mainland was steadily developing and maintaining a prosperous scene of effective development, some Western countries began to be dissatisfied with the mainland, and even threatened to let the mainland cancel the ban on Western garbage, which suddenly shocked people.
In fact, before the mainland banned online garbage, countries led by the United States and Japan had sent a large amount of garbage belonging to their own countries to the mainland, and they were not only one of the countries that imported the largest garbage on the mainland every year, but also the country that could produce the most garbage.
But after the mainland ordered the ban, they became headless flies, and they could only look for the garbage pick-up man behind, but with the start of the mainland ban, more and more countries also found the hidden dangers behind the recycling of garbage, so they all banned foreign garbage.
Even Southeast Asia and other countries, which used to be the pick-up heroes, have successively clarified their attitudes, so that the garbage of Western countries can only be sold internally, but for them, they can almost produce about 50 million tons of garbage every year.
Because they used to export their garbage, they were reluctant to dispose of it themselves, and even because the process of disposing of garbage in their own country was too cumbersome, their garbage could only rot and stink in the edge of their homeland, which made people avoid it.
On the one hand, they want to maintain the image of their country, and on the other hand, they are frantically creating garbage, and at the same time, they are unwilling to bear the expensive cost of cleaning up the garbage, so they can only leave the garbage to fend for themselves, which is very helpless.
