On April 16, Long Qiang, vice governor of the state government and secretary of the Pu'an County Party Committee, went to Khmer Township to investigate the work of safe drinking water in rural areas, consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements, and forest fire prevention, and county leaders Pan Xiaoyang and Zhang Jun participated.
Long Qiang successively came to Xida Village, Chaoyang Village, Gaba Community, and Cotton Village in Khmer Township, and walked into the homes of the masses to learn about industrial development, production and life. Long Qiang stressed that rural drinking water safety involves thousands of households, is the most concerned by the masses, the most realistic people's livelihood events, all towns (streets) and relevant departments should adhere to the people-centered development thinking, always put the safety of drinking water for the masses in an important position, take effective measures, do everything possible to ensure the production and living water needs of the masses, and make every effort to improve the people's sense of happiness, gain and satisfaction.
Long Qiang stressed that the forest fire danger level in our county is still high in the near future, and we must not relax at all, and we must pay close attention to key areas, key periods and key personnel, effectively guard the mountain, watch the people, control the fire, and resolutely prevent forest fires.
Long Qiang emphasized that consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation is the number one livelihood project, and it is necessary to focus on "3+1" It is necessary to conscientiously implement various policies to benefit and help farmers, base ourselves on reality, rely on local resources, do everything possible to arouse the enthusiasm of the masses, vigorously develop industries with rural characteristics, and better promote the local masses to increase their incomes and become rich; at the same time, it is necessary to closely link the construction of high-standard farmland with the development of agricultural industry, improve the conditions for agricultural production and increase the income of the masses through the construction of high-standard farmland.
