Of the 482 fire station cadres who applied 6 physical fitness assessments, 311 met the standard, 91 were excellent, and 32 received full marks in all subjects. After four months of intensive training, all the results have been significantly improved compared with last year, in the individual subjects, the average score of 5000 meters has increased by 30 seconds, the 400 meters of material evacuation has increased by 15 seconds, and the 10th floor weight climbing has increased by 5 seconds; in the team subjects, the average score of the floor fire internal attack drill has increased by 5 seconds, the best result of the in-depth fire extinguishing rescue and gun coordinated fire extinguishing drill is close to the national flame blue competition level, and the 68 team stations of the 100-meter obstacle subject have exceeded the provincial competition level of 55 seconds.

According to the ratio of training time of 8:2, there are a total of 75 training days in this year's winter training, but in fact, more than half of the detachment's training days and duration have far exceeded this standard, especially the Honghe, Pu'er, and Dali detachments have even reached more than 90 days; in this assessment, grassroots firefighters generally reported that in the past, the training and assessment mainly focused on the examination of firefighters, but in this winter training, the corps clearly required all cadres of all teams and stations to accept the assessment, so that the backbone of the squad leader can teach and train, and the training style of the entire team has improved markedly.
Yang Jie, an instructor at the Xibihu Fire and Rescue Station of the Dali Detachment, lost 15 kilograms of weight during the winter training, and he did not pass a single subject in the thorough test to achieve an average score of more than 95 points in the assessment of the general team; Deng Zhaohua, head of the Longsheng Road Fire and Rescue Station of the Pu'er Detachment, was injured in his left arm, but he still insisted on working hard under pressure and participating in the training strictly, and achieved good results in six individual subjects in the winter training assessment.

The Kunming, Qujing, and Dehong detachments concentrated on the backbone of the training and martial arts competition, set up a team of instructors to send them to the grassroots level, and concentrated on standardizing the methods of organizing training skills, and the assessment results made significant progress. Under the strong atmosphere of all-staff training, many detachments have taken the initiative to change their concepts, shifting from training only to all-staff general training and training in the past, and the foundation of grass-roots training has become more solid.
