In order to further strengthen the construction of the county's plastic ban assessment, on the afternoon of April 28, Baisha held the 2024 plastic ban work training meeting in the conference room on the second floor of the county government.
The training invited experts from the Provincial Plastic Ban Office to give specific guidance on the key points of plastic ban laws and regulations and policies, and focused on explaining the details and problems that need to be paid attention to in the evaluation and inspection in combination with the actual work. At the same time, the backbone of the law enforcement business also focused on the discovery of illegal acts and the implementation of administrative compulsory measures, case filing and investigation, administrative punishment, and case archiving for detailed interpretation, so as to further improve the professional level and work efficiency of the county's staff.
It is understood that since the beginning of this year, Baisha has adhered to the principle of "going out" and "bringing in", on the one hand, it organized a delegation to Lingao County to learn from the experience, and on the other hand, invited the Provincial Plastic Ban Office to Baisha to preach and teach, focusing on key places such as public institutions, communities, farmers' markets and supermarkets, and formulated the "red and black list" system of plastic ban in public institutions and the assessment plan for plastic ban in the business field, standardizing industry management one by one, and breaking through the blocking points of plastic ban.
Next, Baisha will strengthen publicity and education, strengthen daily supervision and inspection in view of the weaknesses of the plastic ban work, establish a weekly report system for problem rectification, and adopt unannounced visits, physical examination law enforcement and other modes to pay attention to the rectification effect of key industries and places that are prone to frequent plastic bans. The relevant person in charge of the county plastic ban office said that it will organize self-inspection in the industry from time to time, carry out rectification of the list of benchmarking problems, and effectively achieve "real rectification, thorough reform, and anti-rebound".
