Over the past year, 27 "police-enterprise workstations" flexibly distributed in all corners of the park have become a "heart-to-heart bridge" between the police, enterprises and employees, and the services of the public security police station have been increasingly improved.
More than 1,800 enterprises and more than 400 street-facing shops...... Before the establishment of the "police enterprise workstation", for the 12 police officers in the management section, only the daily security inspection was a lot of work. Prior to this, communication between enterprises and the police was mainly through telephone. With the operation of the "police-enterprise workstation", a convenient service close to the opening of commercial buildings has been gradually implemented, and a small world has become a police station at the "doorstep", which not only shortens the distance between enterprises and the police, but also greatly enhances the depth of police-enterprise exchanges.
At the beginning, the "police enterprise workstation" tried to extend the three functions of "public security, handling and service", and now, the "police enterprise workstation" service after the superposition of functions is more and more diverse and thoughtful.
"The more times we meet, the police are more familiar with the situation of the enterprise, the service becomes more 'immersive', and tailor-made services become possible. From making an appointment for the police to go into the enterprise to carry out anti-fraud propaganda lectures to doing safety training for new employees of the enterprise, many business leaders said that the "police enterprise workstation" is not small, and the service is also very intimate.
In order to maximize the property safety of enterprises and employees in the park, the police fully rely on the resources of the "police enterprise workstation" platform to use their brains and innovate the form of anti-fraud publicity.
Take the "four-piece prevention suit" as an example, the "police enterprise workstation" keeps an eye on the main line of prevention of corporate financial personnel, new employees, permanent residents, etc., and specially customizes the "magic tricks" to prevent fraud, including real-time compilation and distribution of case tips, exposing the latest fraud routines; using the iFLYTEK "iFLYTEK Audio" APP in the jurisdiction to record a 3-minute telephone call to standardize voice publicity; promoting the "Changning Anti-Fraud" official account to ensure that the attention rate and registration rate of key parts are 100%; Self-made airport anti-fraud reminder cards, full receipt feedback from enterprises in the jurisdiction, continue to expand the coverage of anti-fraud awareness of employees, and effectively realize "all ages, all industries, and all routines" without omission prevention.
At the end of 2023, after the public security organs fully implemented the "three linkage" working mechanism, the 27 "police-enterprise workstations" in the park undertook more tasks to resolve contradictions and disputes.
I remember that at that time, the working mechanism of the "three institutes linkage" had just been implemented, and Xiao Ni, a police officer in the management section of the "Police Enterprise Workstation" in Chenxun Science and Technology Park, received a call from an employee of an enterprise for help. "My car was parked in an underground garage with burn marks on its body, suspected to have been damaged by a cigarette butt. Unable to find direct clues, the employee could only report to the police first.
Subsequently, Officer Ni came to the scene to investigate the situation. He carefully confirmed the outside of the vehicle and the surrounding ground, and then led the helper to check the surveillance. However, due to the blind spot of the injured rear part, no effective clues were found that day.
That night, Officer Ni, who still had doubts about the matter, decided to go to the property alone, reviewed the surveillance video for several days, and found that a figure had appeared near the car for several days.
The next day, Officer Ni came to the company to inquire about the situation and found that this person was indeed an employee of the company. At this point, the incident became clearer, and Officer Ni contacted the employee to communicate with him, and the person finally admitted to poking the back of his colleague's car with a cigarette butt to vent his anger, and apologized to the owner of the car. Afterwards, the company presented Officer Ni with a pennant of thanks.
At the beginning of 2024, due to the handover of the pipe section, Officer Chen became the new responsible police officer of Kingboard's second phase of the "Police Enterprise Workstation". After coming to the jurisdiction, Officer Chen immediately began to visit the enterprise and carry out hidden danger risk inspections in the park.
Soon, Officer Chen found that the non-motorized vehicle parking area of a company in the jurisdiction of Kingboard Phase II was chaotic and unattended, and some bicycles were not locked, including high-priced vehicles such as mountain bikes and modified cars.
As a result, Officer Chen promptly reported the hidden dangers to the property company. After discussion, the property company gradually implemented measures such as security inspections, monitoring settings, and locking reminder signs to prevent hidden dangers of theft.
During the following in-depth visit, Officer Chen found that there was an economic dispute between the company's canteen and the small tenants, so he listed this place as a key area of focus in the jurisdiction.
Although Officer Chen came to mediate many times, the two sides insisted on their own words, and the mediation reached an impasse. After soliciting the opinions of both parties, Officer Chen decided to start the "three institutes linkage" mechanism and build a platform for face-to-face communication.
In order to express its gratitude to the police for their meticulous work, not long ago, the company sent a pennant to Officer Chen to thank him for resolving contradictions, disputes and potential safety hazards for the company.
In one year's time, the "Police Enterprise Workstation" of the Public Security Police Station of the Airport Economic Park has provided enterprises and employees with high-quality police services that can be seen, touched and used, and this signboard of continuous optimization of the business environment and service for enterprises has also been polished more brightly.
