To gain knowledge is to gain wisdom and gain the perception of the Great Dao, and to invent the conscience is to obtain the greatest wisdom, that is, to perceive the ultimate Great Dao. When one acquires the wisdom of conscience, sincerity of one's thoughts becomes a matter of course.
