Unexpectedly, three years later, the tragic news of falling off the list came again.

At that time, the eunuchs of the imperial court were in power, and the great eunuch Liu Jin wantonly impeached officials who disagreed with him.
As an official of the imperial court, Wang Yangming has stood up many times and stood up for others.
However, his sincerity not only failed to win the favor of the emperor, but was severely punished by the edict and prison.
After his release from prison, Wang Yangming was relegated to the desolate Longchang in Guizhou.
Tucked away in the embrace of the mountains, surrounded by poisonous fog and thorns, it is not easy for people to survive here.
At that time, the domestic servants who were demoted together with Wang Yangming were all miserable, and they were full of complaints about this desolate place.
But Wang Yangming said: The danger is not in the chest, how can the clouds float through space.
The dangers of the world, as long as you don't let them occupy your heart, then it will be like a flowing cloud in the sky, gently passing by.
In Longchang, the caravanserais where they lived was dilapidated and had no food supply.
Wang Yangming set out to renovate a nearby cave and turned it into a unique residence, which he named "Yangming Small Cave Heaven".
Faced with the dilemma of lack of food and clothing, he personally cultivated wasteland and planted crops.
There was no mellow wine, so he cooked a pot of light rice porridge by himself and drank it well.
Despite the obstacles in his life, Wang Yangming is able to maintain his inner peace and calmness.
He reads, meditates, meditates and cultivates every day, and lives his life comfortably.
On one occasion, a petty official, who had been demoted, took his son and his servants and spent the night as he passed through the dragon farm.
They walked for a long time on the rugged mountain road, and endured hardships along the way.
So at night, he kept sighing about the ups and downs of his fate.
As a result, soon after, all three of them felt unwell and depressed, and finally passed away with hatred.
After Wang Yangming buried the three of them, he said with emotion: "For three years, I have been able to be self-satisfied after being poisoned, and I have never tasted a day's relatives." ”
Meaning: It's been three years since I came here, and the main reason why I have been able to survive the miasma and save my life is because I haven't had a day of sorrow.
Life goes round and round, and no one's world can always be clear.
But as "Xunzi" said: those who know their fate do not complain about the sky, and those who know themselves do not complain about others.
If you only indulge in complaining, your life will only fall into boundless darkness.

At the beginning of 1510 A.D., Wang Yangming's military period expired and finally left Longchang.
Just after he was reinstated, the emperor sent him to Luling, Jiangxi Province to manage public security.
After Wang Yangming went to Luling, he found that the local people were arrogant, the people were committed to theft, and the government had a large backlog of cases every day.
Moreover, the people have a lot of dissatisfaction with the new officials taking office, and they always try to make things difficult.
When the attendants saw this, they advised him to leave this place as soon as possible.
Wang Yangming calmed down and dealt with the thorny problems one by one.
After an in-depth investigation, he finally found the source of the problem.
It turned out that the taxes of the imperial court were heavy, coupled with the raging plague, the livelihood of the people of Luling was difficult, and they had to gang up to become thieves, which eventually caused a tense situation between the government and the people.
Therefore, Wang Yang clearly observed the people's suffering, immediately reduced the tax burden, and issued 16 notices in a row to improve the people's customs.
In just half a year, Luling has a new look, and the people live and work in peace and contentment.
The local people, who had made many difficulties for him in the past, are now full of deep admiration and love for him.
Wang Yangming said: "Everyone has their own fixing needle, and the root of Wanhua is only in the heart." ”
