As for the driving of electric bicycles with foreign license plates, it mainly depends on the local management policy. In some areas, such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang, there are clear restrictions on e-bikes with foreign license plates, requiring that local license plates must be hung before they can be on the road. In other areas where management is relatively lax, although the management of e-bikes with non-local license plates is not so strict, strictly speaking, e-bikes without local license plates are still not allowed on the road.
