The school invited three experts, including the national senior psychological supervisor and the national senior family education instructor of the lecturer group of Hunan Yange Psychological Counseling Co., Ltd., to give lectures at the school. More than 5,000 teachers and students from grades 3 to 9 participated in the on-site learning.
Experts shared themes such as "emotion", "gratitude", "love yourself", "school bullying prevention" and "sexual assault prevention", and guided students to understand themselves, accept themselves, protect themselves, and strengthen themselves through short videos and short stories. The experts and students at the lecture site interacted frequently with the students, and the teachers and students who participated in the study said that the lecturers' sharing was very wonderful and benefited a lot.
It is reported that the mental health lecture of teachers and students in Siyuan Experimental School in Longhui County lasted for a week, and planned to launch a series of activities such as "Mental Health Assessment", "Mental Health Knowledge Contest for Teachers and Students", "Mental Health Theme Class Meeting", "Mental Health Hotline into Campus", etc., so as to improve the mental health awareness of teachers and students in the school, improve the mental health knowledge level of teachers and students, promote the efficiency of school education and teaching, and escort the physical and mental health development of all students.
