Hold the "rule of law spring breeze" to help spring ploughing and preparation publicity activities, joint courts, judicial, public security, forestry and other departments through the case to explain the law, prize questions and answers, etc., vigorously popularize the common sense of agricultural knowledge, publicize the relevant agricultural laws and regulations, guide farmers to use agricultural materials scientifically and rationally, and improve the quality awareness of farmers and the ability to protect their rights.
In accordance with the provincial and municipal agricultural sampling tasks, around seeds, pesticides, fertilizers three types of spring ploughing urgently needed necessary materials, the implementation of timely early warning, source traceability, flow tracking, the whole process of investigation and punishment, to prevent fake and inferior agricultural materials from flowing into agricultural production.
Keep an eye on the county's agricultural distribution points, carefully check whether the qualifications of agricultural business entities, purchase and sales accounts, input use records and other contents comply with the regulations, and severely crack down on the investigation and punishment of counterfeit and shoddy agricultural materials in accordance with the law.
Up to now, our county has carried out more than 200 online inspections of agricultural materials, more than 70 offline law enforcement inspections, more than 40 inspections of production and operation entities, and recovered economic losses of 11,000 yuan, effectively preventing fake and inferior agricultural materials from flowing into the field of agricultural production in our county, and protecting the legitimate interests of farmers.
